ScreedingScreed is a sand and cement-based mixture usually at a ratio of 3 sand to 1 cement. It's a dry mix which makes it easy to use to level up areas over a 30mm height. Screeding is usually the first stage of your bathroom renovation. A sand and cement screed must be installed to provide the adequate fall needed for the water to travel into the drain and exit your home.
